But we all have desire to look fit and healthy but if we do not eat enough, the body does not get enough nutrition and about two- thirds of those who lose weight regain it within a year. Those stubborn fats do not seem to go away.
Sometimes crash dieting, pills are not natural and have adverse impact on our bodies. As an alternative, we can lose weight using natural diet and diet supplement, exercising enough and modifying our lifestyle a little bit.
The best way to lose weight is to follow the following activities to burn those extra fats:
1.Journaling: Losing weight demands preparation, effort and commitment to come to fruition, record what you eat, set your goals, and track your diet. Food journaling helps to keep a track of the number of calories you have eat in a day.
2.Diet Plan: Healthy eating begins with learning â?? â??how to eat smart?â??- Itâ??s not just what you eat, but how you eat.

â?¢Spread your meals at least 4 times a day.
â?¢At least five servings of fruits and vegetables are beneficial as it contains fiber, vitamins and antioxidants for good health.
3.Natural diet supplements: Use natural supplements that contain all the vitamins and nutrients and are not dangerous for the average person.
4.Exercise: Regular physical activities such as aerobics, jogging, swimming, etc. helps you in losing weight and lowering the risk of developing chronic diseases. Moderate physical activity of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
5.Drink water: If you are serious about becoming slim drink between 0.5 and 0.64 ounces of water per pound of the body weight per day. This helps in proper digestion, proper muscle tone and helps in flushing out toxins in your skin.
6.Shrink your servings: Portion your food, serve yourself and know what has been served! Just make sure to eat in moderation and treat those special foods as rewards, practice to chew food slowly, this makes digestion easy and prevents overeating.
7.Cook right: Proper food preparation method is equally important as selecting the right foods. Frying should be minimum and deep frying to be avoided. Use refined vegetable oils for cooking rather than saturated fats and oils
8.Snacking with healthy choices: A recent study on overweight people revealed that more than half ate 70 percentages of their daily calories after 7 PM-mostly as health-busting foods high in fat, sugar and calories. Package and processed foods have high sodium and fat content. Avoid them!
9.Shop smart: Check food labels to pick the foods with less fat and calories. Always stick to the market list made and not pick anything else, after all, â?? You are what you Eatâ??
10.Sleep and rest: Healthy diet, exercise and right amount of rest boosts optimum results and keeps you active. Research states that minimum of 6-8 hours of sleep is a must to stay healthy.
