Low Fat Cooking Tips

How can I tone my tummy?
i’m in preseason so i’m playing 5 hours of field hockey and conditioning a day. by the time i get home i’m tired and generally eat and watch tv then go to bed. i am not fat but my tummy is a little jiggly. i generally have some kind of carb and then protein for every meal with an occasional cookie here and there after dinner. i know i’m burning tons of calories with all the work i’m doing but i really want to tone my tummy. any tips how i can acheive this?
i always eat wheat bread and the pasta i should be eating wheat as well, but it’s easier for me to just cook the noodles that come in the ramen pack which are made w/ white flour.
i’m burning fat but do you have any crunches that you have used that were effective in toning? i especially need help low low low in my tummy (in the center right above my hips)
we spend about an hour out of the 5 doing cardio and conditioning everyday so i am getting cardio in and burning calories
Nothing can do you good better than exercise and healthy eating.
Walk up hill, or jog, or use the elliptical trainer; do 30 minutes or more a few days a week. and Eat healthy; belly fat or thighs or hips comes from deep fried foods, too many sugary foods – so just moderate and dont deprive yourself from anything.
Lastly, situps or crunches – in order to target lower part of your belly, u need most exercises with leg raising. so do crunches 50-100 before you go to bed and right when u wake up!
I used to hate crunches but honestly its the best before bed and right when u get up.
Also if you’re able to lift weights, do it !!- remember you cant just lose fat from one part of your body. So by lifting weights, light weights 3 sets of 12 – ull burn more fat and build a litttle muscle – but more muscle faster fat burn and faster metabolism. and so is the case with Cardio – you speed up your metabolism up to the next 24 hours.
